Infinity provides its employees with a fair and extensive package of compensation and benefits. We want work at Infinity to be fun, and we also want to reward our people for jobs well done.

Infinity bases employee compensation on position requirements, the employee's professional experience, and the breadth of the employee's skills. Our policy is to pay staff based on performance and the achievement of goals.

Infinity also offers an excellent benefits package for all full-time employees. Benefits include:

  • Comprehensive Health Insurance Coverage

    Infinity offers all full-time employees health insurance coverage. Employees may choose between two Predictable Cost Plans (PCP) or elect a Health Savings Account (HSA). The PCP’s offer affordable comprehensive medical coverage with predictable copayments, for the most commonly used services. HSA’s are an IRS-approved plan that allows employees covered under a high deductible health plan (HDHP) to set aside money on qualified medical expenses. Employees who elect the HSA option receive a monthly contribution to their account made by Infinity. HSA participants are also able to contribute additional funds to their account on a tax-free basis as governed by IRS publication 969. Infinity pays ninety-five percent of an employee’s premiums for health insurance coverage. The employee pays the premium for any dependents they wish to add to their coverage.

  • Flexible Spending Accounts

    Full-time employees are eligible to enroll in Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). FSA’s are IRS approved tax-favored accounts that allow employees to pay for eligible medical and/or dependent care expenses. Each pay period, a portion of your elected pre-tax salary is deposited into your FSA. Employees are then reimbursed from this account for their eligible expenses. This allows you to save on income and Social Security taxes.

  • Short and Long Term Disability Insurance

    Newly hired full-time employees are covered with short and long-term disability insurance on the first day of employment. Disability insurance compensates employees with 60% of their pre-disability earnings in the event of an eligible accident or illness. All corresponding premiums are paid by Infinity.

  • Dental Insurance

    Full-time Infinity employees may elect dental insurance. Infinity pays 50% of the employee’s premium for dental coverage. The employee pays the premium for any dependents they wish to add to their coverage.

  • Vision Care Plan

    Infinity offers a vision benefit that covers all routine eye care, including exams and eyeglasses (lenses and frames) or contacts. In-network and out-of-network benefits and services are available with the provider of your choice.

  • §125 / Cafeteria Plan

    The IRS Code §125 or Cafeteria Plan allows employees to participate with pre-tax dollars in any of the following insurance benefits: medical and dependent care flexible spending accounts, health, dental and vision insurance.

  • Employee Assistance Plan

    This plan provides no-cost, confidential counseling and referral services for employees and their families.

  • 401(k) Plan

    The 401(k) Plan allows employees to set aside the maximum percentage allowable (not to exceed the limits of Code Section 401(k), 402(g), 404 and 415) of their compensation before taxes are calculated, reducing the amount of taxes while increasing spendable income. ISD helps employees save for the future by matching 100% of employee contributions to the plan, up to 4% of gross pay.

  • Individual Voluntary Benefits

    Multi-level term and whole life insurance, cancer, accident, and hospital protection insurance benefits are offered to all employees at low group rates. These benefits provide additional protection for a participant and their immediate family from the financial burden of life’s most challenging moments. As in any individual plan, the participant is the only contributor.

  • Holidays

    ISD employees enjoy ten paid holidays annually:

  • Paid Time Off

    Employees accrue paid time off based on their length of service. New employees accrue 6.66 hours of paid time off per month, allowing them to accrue two weeks off per year.

  • Training

    Infinity provides training to enhance the professional development of our staff. The needs of our clients form the basis of our training opportunities, and Infinity offers proprietary Web-based training to all employees. This training enhances the skills and job satisfaction of our staff while supporting our commitment to provide high quality technology solutions. Additionally, Infinity offers a separate training curriculum available to management staff.

Infinity reviews its benefit package annually in order to support employee lifestyle needs and priorities.
