What’s the culture like?
We strive to work hard and have a little fun in the process. Infinity, and our clients, see our people for the superstars that they are. We talk a lot about satisfaction. We have several ways to be together outside of day-to-day work: non-work teams channels (e.g., pets, gardening, 3D printing, etc.), a book club, a gaming club, an internal TV show, a farm, a quarterly all hands meeting, etc.
Size of project teams? Scale?
1-10ish. Sometimes we join our clients’ team to supplement with a specific skillset, and sometimes we create a complete team and manage the project outright. Engagements are usually several months at a minimum, and in some cases multi-year. Most of our clients engage with us year after year – it could be for a new feature or a completely new project.
